November, Trust held a dinner in the new pavilion for the major donors.

May, Trust and sports clubs hold a Festival of Sport to thank all donors and supporters.

One of the club’s Vice Presidents, Patricia Hingston, officially opened the refurbished terrace before the final Saturday game of the season. Patricia had made a generous donation to ensure big improvements could be made to the ‘high traffic’ area within the picket fence. She also unveiled a plaque in honour of her late husband Trevan, who was President of Fernhurst CC from 1987-2009. It includes the famous quotation from the great cricket writer Neville Cardus, “It is far more than a game, this cricket.”

Four flood lights were installed by the tennis club to light up 2 of the 3 courts.
